You can pick up your order at our office in Rain / Lech whenever it is convenient instead of waiting at home for a package to arrive. If you plan to pick up your item/s, please phone us at least 48 hours in advance of your intended visit to arrange an appointment. By phone you can call us at +49 1801 / 0206506481 ( 3.9 Cent per minute for calls from the T-Com network. Prices from mobile networks may be different ) between Monday to Wednesday from 9.00am to 12.00am.
Please note that we don't have a public office. Our entire company enjoys being able to work privately and we don't offer technical support either. We appreciate your understanding.
