All items are shipped by Deutsche Post AG in collaboration with DHL. Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of cleared payment. Our aim is to dispatch all goods as soon as possible, usually within the same day of receiving your order and cleared payment, as long as the order is made before 10.00am. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed on a bank holiday will be dispatched the following working day. Orders made by automatic debit transfer will be delayed by about 5-7 days.

Please take note that we do have to charge cash on delivery charge of 8.00 Euro, if you choose this payment method.

For non-acceptance of our delivery without prior written cancellation of the order or in the event of a wrong address or zip code, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 20.00 Euro.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: The product you ordered is unavailable from stock or has been discontinued, our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment, the identification of a pricing or product description error, your failure to meet the criteria set out in these terms and conditions. In the event of a shipping delay, we will notify you by email.
