Payment in advance:

You must place your order online before mailing us your payment. When filling out the order form, choose payment in advance and submit your order. We will send you an email confirming your order and another email when it is processed, cancelled or dispatched. Please wait with making the payment until you have received the confirmation email with the exact amount, your customer number and the order number.

While we very much wish that we had everything in stock ( it costs us as much to send a picker to an empty location, and a truck with part of your order as it does to pick and deliver 100% of the goods ), the nature of our products and suppliers means that at any given time some of our lines may be out of stock. If the item/s you ordered is / are no longer available, we will offer an alternative as a replacement or we will refund the purchase price immediately.

PayPal:

If you intend to pay your order through PayPal, go to www.PayPal.com and login to your PayPal account. In your account profile, click the "Send Money" tab at the top of your page. Enter in the following information for the fields in the form:

Once we get confirmation from PayPal your payment has been made, your item/s will be shipped.
Any funds which have been transferred by echeck or marked "uncleared" will not be shipped until the funds are verified to be "cleared."

Payment by credit card:

Great speed is an advantage of this kind of payment. We can accept payment by Eurocard, Mastercard or Visa. In order to pay by credit card, choose option "credit card" at the last stage of your order and fill in all required fields. Please note that the order total must be in Euro ( EUR ). Your credit card provider will convert this to your local currency.
Your card and other details are protected by secure encryption techniques, and are processed on a dedicated, secure server. The card details are verified by our online banking service, but are not disclosed to ourselves or to other agencies.

Send cash in a letter:

If you want to send cash in a letter please note - even registered, it's you who will be responsible if a letter gets lost or it's no money inside the envelope. We accept EUR, USD and GBP. Exchange rate according to daily rate.

Pick up your order and pay cash:

You can pick up your order at our office whenever it is convenient instead of waiting at home for a package to arrive. If you plan to pick up your item/s, please phone us at least 48 hours in advance of your intended visit to arrange an appointment. By phone you can call us at +49 1801 / 0206506481 ( 3.9 Cent per minute for calls from the T-Com network. Prices from mobile networks may be different ) between Monday to Wednesday from 9.00am to 12.00am.
Please note that we don't have a public office. Our entire company enjoys being able to work privately and we don't offer technical support either. We appreciate your understanding.

Automatic debit transfer:

You must hold a German bank account in order to be able to pay by direct debit. Fill in all required fields after you have selected this payment option and our bank will instruct your bank to deduct the amount due from your account. The amount will be charged to your account when the order is despatched. If your bank refuses to make the payment, we may charge you for the bank charges and extra administration costs.

Cash on delivery:

Cash on delivery or COD is a financial transaction where the payment of products is done at the time of actual delivery rather than paid for in advance. The term is mainly applied to products purchased from a third party, and payment is made to the deliverer. Please take note that we do have to charge cash on delivery charge of 8.00 Euro, if you choose this payment method.
